I finished up at work today and walked out with a spring in my step. I also left with a travelling companion; Mark bought me a Totoro! The only condition is I have to take photos of him and his travelling adventures. Note that he’s already packed and ready to go. So I started off with a pic of him in front of the Eiffel Tower. More to come…very soon! (perhaps in front of the actual Eiffel Tower)
When your section is away and you realise you’ve forgotten how to play 5/8 when you’re the only instrument playing I find it’s best just to hide under the timpani.
