I’m a bit of a lazy fruit and veg eater. I like both but often can’t be bothered with it.
And then I read a bit of Kemi Nekvapil’s blog and thought about raw food and while I wouldn’t ever fully go down the raw food route (I love my cooked food!), I realised that smoothies are just the ticket. Blending up and drinking my fruit and veg is the best way for a lazy eater like me.
I’m grateful that I’m able to get amazing fresh fruit and vegies of such wonderful quality, and it doesn’t cost the earth. I’m grateful for the colours, the flavours, the fragrance. I’m grateful I get to choose what I eat and how I eat it.
